Do you want to help shape products that inspire people all over the world? As part of our Global Product Management team, you actively shape the future of the Ricola product range. Together we develop new products and line extensions, optimise existing recipes and realise innovations from the first idea to successful market launch – always with our consumers at the centre. Your mission:
- Leading global product and innovation projects as well as interdisciplinary leadership of project teams – from the first idea to successful market launch
- Design and implementation of new product innovations including the development of convincing concepts as well as further development of existing products in line with our innovation strategy
- Preparation of sound business cases as a basis for decision-making for new product initiatives
- Analysis of market, consumer and competitor trends and derivation of new potentials
- Project management along the stage-gate process and ensuring successful progress in terms of quality, time and costs
- Close collaboration with global stakeholders and our country organisations as well as successful management of different interests
- Development of consumer-oriented solutions that create sustainable added value worldwide and in our markets
Your ingredients for shared success.
- At least three years of experience in product or brand management, ideally in the FMCG/CPG environment
- Solid experience in global project management, with proven ability to successfully lead complex, cross-functional projects to completion
- Analytical thinking skills as well as understanding of business cases and market contexts
- Strong consumer orientation and high service attitude towards our markets
- Enjoyment of working with interdisciplinary and international teams
- Persuasiveness and experience in stakeholder management
- Positive entrepreneurial mindset with initiative and courage to drive things forward, recognise opportunities and actively shape innovations
- Confident handling of change, ambiguity and new challenges
- Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken (at least C1)
