International Trainee in Product Marketing

To strengthen our team at the new Marketing & Design headquarters in Basel, we are looking for an

International Trainee in Product Marketing 100% -

(Duration: 18 months)

The international 18-month trainee program in product marketing offers a comprehensive insight into product marketing in a global environment. In addition, the program includes insights into other central company areas, including quality management, logistics, purchasing, and global project sales. The trainee program also includes occasional trips abroad to international subsidiaries and production sites.

The scope of duties includes, among other things:

• Support in defining the strategic concept and product portfolio for wellness systems
• Creating benchmarks, trend, market, and internal analyses and product briefings
• Developing and communicating the necessary product information and training materials
• Assisting in the creation of brochures, price lists, and technical documents
• Supporting trade fairs and events, conducting presentations and training sessions
• Active support of sales organizations in market development
• Creation and maintenance of article master data
• Business trips to LAUFEN subsidiaries

Your profile:

• University or university of applied sciences degree in business administration
• Initial practical experience through internships is an advantage
• High motivation, teamwork skills, and enthusiasm for the product area
• Quick comprehension, analytical thinking, and technical affinity
• Independent and structured working style
• Very good German and English skills (additional languages are an advantage)
• Very good knowledge of MS Office
• Good sense of design, colors, and materiality
• Intercultural competence
• Hands-on mentality
