Speculative Application for Polymechanic in Milling and Turning (a)

Your Tasks:

Your Tasks:

• Setting up, operating and monitoring CNC turning and milling centres
• Programming and optimising CNC programmes
• Manufacturing of individual parts, small series and serial components
• Ensuring the required quality standards and dimensional accuracy
• Carrying out quality checks with modern measuring instruments
• Reading and implementing technical drawings and manufacturing documents
• Optimising machining sequences and manufacturing processes
• Tool changes, tool measurement and programme corrections
• Participation in the introduction of new products and manufacturing processes
• Support with maintenance and servicing work on the machines

Qualifications:

Your Profile:

• Completed training as a polymechanic EFZ, production mechanic EFZ or comparable technical training
• Experience in CNC turning and/or CNC milling
• Knowledge in setting up and programming CNC machines
• Confident reading of technical drawings
• Experience in handling measuring and testing equipment
• Independent, precise and quality-conscious working style
• Technical understanding and enjoyment of precision work
• Team-oriented and reliable personality
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
