Mechanical Engineer / Designer (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
- Development of mechanical designs and components
- Conducting feasibility studies
- Creation of manufacturing drawings and parts lists
- Selection of suitable materials and manufacturing processes
- Performing strength calculations and simulations
- Preparation of technical specifications and documentation
- Ensuring compliance with standards and regulations
- Collaboration with other departments and customers in product development
- Monitoring and optimisation of production processes
- Continuous improvement of products and processes
Qualifications:
- Degree in mechanical engineering or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in mechanical design
- Good knowledge of Solidworks and SAP
- Experience in material selection and manufacturing processes
- Knowledge of strength calculations and simulations
- Strong technical understanding and problem-solving skills
- Good command of English, spoken and written
- Teamwork and communication skills
