Polymechanic with CNC Experience for Hydraulic Components
Tasks
- You disassemble hydraulic components (mainly hydraulic cylinders) and identify their defective individual parts.
- The defective individual parts are manufactured according to your own sketches and considerations.
- For manufacturing, you have conventional and CNC lathes, as well as a conventional milling machine at your disposal.
- You determine seals to be replaced on hydraulic components. Afterwards, you have the possibility to:
- Equip seals from our own extensive stock
- Order seals from the supplier
- Independently manufacture seals with our state-of-the-art
- CNC seal manufacturing machine
- You assemble disassembled hydraulic components and test their functionality on existing test rigs.
- You tackle manufacturing and mechanical challenges with your creativity.
Requirements
- Completed technical apprenticeship or experience in the defined area of responsibility Independent and proactive working style
- Good technical understanding
- Ability/experience to apply manufacturing resources appropriately to the situation
- CNC experience (milling or turning)
- Teamwork and resilience
- Enjoyment of craftsmanship
