Project Manager Heating/Cooling (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF110,000 - 115,000Role:
On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced specialist for the planning and project management of demanding heating and cooling systems. You will handle medium to large building services projects in areas such as industry, district heating networks, office and residential buildings, as well as public infrastructure from conception to handover. In addition to technical planning, you will be responsible for tendering, site supervision, as well as cost, schedule and quality control. Another focus is on spatial and technical coordination as well as 2D/3D CAD planning within interdisciplinary projects.
Responsibilities:
Independent planning and project management of heating and cooling systems across the relevant SIA phases
Development and dimensioning of heat generation, heat distribution and cooling systems for medium to large construction projects
Planning of building services systems for industrial buildings, district heating networks, office complexes, residential developments and public buildings
Creation of project, execution and revision plans in 2D/3D CAD, preferably with Trimble Nova
Conducting hydraulic calculations, dimensioning and technical variant comparisons
Preparation of tenders, specifications and technical descriptions as well as support during awarding
Responsibility for quality-, schedule- and cost-compliant project execution from planning to handover
Assuming site supervision for heating/cooling including site inspections, approvals and support during commissioning
Conducting spatial and technical coordination with sanitation, ventilation, electrical, sprinkler, fire protection and other trades
Coordination and alignment with clients, architects, specialist planners, contractors and suppliers
Ensuring compliance with relevant SIA standards, energy requirements and Swiss building services standards
Preparation and review of project, execution and handover documentation until successful project completion
Qualifications:
Building services planner: heating EFZ with further training as Dipl. Technician HF Building Services, HVAC engineer FH or comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in planning and site supervision of heating systems in the Swiss building services market
Sound knowledge of heating, heat distribution and cooling technology as well as hydraulic system design
Experience in tendering, cost planning, execution planning and site supervision
Good knowledge of 2D/3D CAD, ideally Trimble Nova
Knowledge of relevant SIA standards and Swiss energy and building services regulations
Very good German language skills spoken and written
