About the job
To strengthen our team on the acute ward, we are looking for you by arrangement as
Tasks
- You support and promote the social and emotional skills as well as abilities of the patients (aged 7 to ≤18 years) in the acute setting with admission and therapeutic mandate
- You design the daily structure of the patients in collaboration with the team and other departments
- In psychiatric as well as somatic emergency situations, you act competently and provide children and adolescents with security
- You take over the nursing case management of patients and thus also take responsibility for the quality of care throughout the entire hospitalization period
- Together with the patient and the medical/psychological case management, you form the core team, plan the treatment, and use the nursing process as a working tool
- You build a relationship on equal footing with the patient and their relatives
Profile
- You have completed training as a Dipl. Nurse HF/FH and already have professional experience, preferably psychiatric experience and/or experience with children and adolescents
