Polymechanic EFZ

What we are looking for

• Programming and commissioning using modern machinery, e.g. on a Doosan TT2100SYY, CMZ TTL or EMCO MT65 G2
• Creating programmes for the machines according to drawings with Mastercam including Millturn
• Data management using MDM
• Monitoring and testing of new tools
• Manufacturing of prototypes and small series
• Continuous process and quality monitoring using CAQ

What you should bring

• Certificate of competence as a Polymechanic EFZ
• Professional experience with CNC machines, especially with multi-channel, is an advantage
• Experience in CAM programming
• Resilient, independent and efficient personality
• Flexibility and willingness to work shifts if required
• High quality and sense of responsibility
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
• Willingness to take on leadership responsibilities
