Debt Collection Clerk for the Compensation and Pension Fund 80-100%
This is how you contribute
- You take over the debt collection for the Compensation Fund and Pension Fund.
- You arrange deadline extensions as well as repayment plans and monitor their compliance.
- You provide written and telephone information and maintain contact with courts, debt enforcement and bankruptcy offices.
- You take care of the follow-up processing of seizure loss certificates, track write-offs and check the limitation lists.
This is how you convince us
- You have a commercial basic education as well as several years of professional experience as a clerk – preferably in debt collection, social insurance or in the gastronomy/hotel industry (back office).
- Your German is fluent (native speaker or level C1) and you have solid knowledge of French and/or Italian (min. level B2).
- You appreciate daily contact with customers (phone and email) and are distinguished by your excellent manners.
- You work in a structured, quality-conscious and efficient manner and are responsible, flexible and resilient.
