To strengthen the existing team, we are looking for an active, resilient, and team-orientedQuality Technician 80-100% (m/f/d)
for our Quality & Environment department, starting immediately or by arrangement.Your tasks include:
- Handling complaints and non-conformities, including coordination with internal and external stakeholders
- Supporting the creation, maintenance, and further development of product-specific inspection plans and inspection processes
- Analysing, evaluating, and preparing process and quality key figures (KPIs)
- Planning and conducting quality meetings, including KPI reporting
- Inspecting and approving initial samples and sample testing according to EMPB / PPAP
- Supporting and advising on the development of test strategies, measurement concepts, feasibility, and their further development
- Supporting quality assurance in various areas
Our requirements are:
- Completed technical vocational training as a polymechanic, machine mechanic, or mechatronics technician, or further training as a technician HF/FH
- Several years of professional experience in quality technology/assurance
- Sound knowledge in handling complaints (8D methodology)
- Methodological competence in evaluating technical drawings and geometric tolerances
- Knowledge of core tools and common Q-methods is an advantage
- MS Office, ERP knowledge (PSIPenta, advantageous)
- German spoken and written; English skills are an advantage
- Independent, reliable, and proactive personality
- Problem-solving ability, initiative, and structured approach
