You professionally, structurally, and competently accompany people through complex healing processes, in close collaboration with all referrers and the surrounding hospitals. What you bring with you:
• Qualification: Certified nursing professional HF/FH with specialization as wound expert SAfW or equivalent.
• Experience: Solid practical experience in the treatment of chronic wounds.
• Mindset: You are a team player, work independently, and appreciate interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Mobility: Driver's license category B.
