About the job
Your area of responsibility
- Co-responsibility for clean, timely payroll processing
- Ensuring correct accounting of all social insurances (incl. BVG)
- Creating and reviewing employment contracts
- From entry to exit: complete support of administrative processes
- Maintaining and updating personnel data in the
ERP system and ensuring data quality - Active support of the HR team in daily operational business
Your skills
- Commercial basic training (EFZ) with
HR further education (at least HR clerk) - Several years of experience in payroll
- Sound knowledge of the Swiss social insurance system
- Experience with ERP systems is an advantage (ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central)
- You work precisely, structured and think proactively
- Team-oriented, communicative and conscientious personality
