We are looking for a
Coffee Bars Manager 100% (m/f/d)
Your area of responsibility
- Your responsibilities include ensuring consistently high coffee quality as well as a first-class guest and service experience at our 8 beverage bars
- In addition, you ensure smooth daily operations, monitor quality, hygiene and safety standards, and take over budget and inventory control
- You recruit, lead and motivate the barista team and plan training sessions as well as development discussions
- You promote the distinctive coffee culture and maintain close contact with suppliers and our customers
Your profile
- You are a hospitality professional with several years of experience in the coffee sector (beans, latte art, espresso machines, etc.)
- You have several years of experience leading medium-sized teams, coordination and organisation are familiar to you, and you know how to lead and motivate a team
- You are fluent in English, both spoken and written, and enjoy customer contact
- Due to your high initiative as well as your structured, solution-oriented working style and flexibility, working at two different locations is no problem for you
