The Enzian Logistics & Trading AG , based in Rheinfelden, is an established logistics service provider with many years of experience and a strong passion for transport and logistics. To complement the 2-person team at Enzian Logistics & Trading AG, we are looking for an independent, organised, conscientious, reliable, team-oriented and motivated individual on an exclusive mandate.

Show what you are capable of - these tasks await your energy:

• Planning, coordination and monitoring of incoming and outgoing transports - from order to timely delivery
• Close support and advice to customers and suppliers as well as maintenance and expansion of the network, including acquisition
• Coordination with freight forwarders, suppliers and customers; information about delays and changes
• Efficient use and evaluation of transport partners as well as analysis of market developments
• Negotiation and administrative recording of price agreements
• Handling of border crossings and customs formalities
• Ensuring a smooth, cost-conscious and customer-oriented logistics process

To bring in all your energy, you bring the following:

• Basic training as a freight forwarding clerk
• At least five years of professional experience in the freight forwarding environment
• Good knowledge of import / export, including customs formalities
• Fluent German and good English skills, both spoken and written
• Good user knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems
• Ideal age due to team constellation between 30 - 50 years
