Your Tasks

You will take on assignments in basic and treatment care with our clients
You will advise and support our clients and their relatives
You will conduct needs assessments with RAI-HC at the client’s location
You will create care documentation and individual care planning
Other employees will guide, advise, and coach you
You will cover the holiday replacement for the nursing service management

What You Bring

Training as a certified nursing specialist
Several years of professional experience in long-term care or home care is an advantage
You are resilient, flexible, and used to working independently
Own car and living in the region
