Customer Services Coordinator Front Desk (m/f/d) 40%
Your main tasks:
Visitor Center (VC)
• Staffing the reception during opening hours
• First point of contact for guests
• Ensuring a customer-friendly visitor reception and optimal guest care, especially for VIPs and group registrations
• Ensuring access and exit control
• Issuing visitor passes including craftsman registrations
• Parking permit management
FM Center (FM)
• Managing the entire access control system
• Managing parking administration
• Managing badge administration
• Key management for various buildings
• Participation in various projects, such as process creation related to FM or similar
Representation for:
Conference Center (CC)
• Managing and maintaining the 30 rooms in the Syngenta Conference Center
• Timely provision of the set-ups requested by users in the meeting rooms
• Support in organising events
• Receiving table reservations for the cafeteria lounge area
Your profile:
• Completed vocational training in commercial, hotel industry, retail or similar
• Practical experience in customer service, experience at a reception, customer reception or similar is essential
• Administrative experience or work with MS Office user experience
• Service- and customer-oriented, high communication skills, polite & confident manner, team-oriented, helpful, conflict resolution skills
• Enjoyment in dealing with customers, discretion regarding confidential information, committed and independent working style, high self-motivation and dedication, good communication skills
• Good PC skills (MS Office) and IF6040, willingness to work irregular hours and shift work
• Fluent in German, English is an advantage
