Guma makes it happen! At our location in Bilten (GL), we develop and produce liquid foods such as whipped creams, cold & hot sauces, marinades, salad dressings, sandwich fillings and other liquid specialties. With around 70 employees, we find individual solutions for our renowned customers in the food industry. We are also the owners of the traditional Swiss dessert brand Stalden.

What you will do with us
- Lead internal and external projects
- Coordinate projects in collaboration with all relevant internal and external stakeholders
- Project controlling and documentation
- Develop product solutions for customers
- Implement developments into production
- Optimise processes
- Organise, conduct and monitor microbial, physical and sensory analyses
What you bring
- Completed studies (FH/ETH) in the field of food
- Experience in project management
- Structured and independent working style in a flexible and fast-paced environment
- Open personality with a "drive" for new things
- Experience in the food industry
