Polymechanic with Customer Contact and Technical Service Tasks
Activities
- Independently or as part of a team, carry out repair, service and assembly work directly at the customer’s site
- Systematic analysis of sources of errors in customer systems and identification of optimisation potentials
- Carrying out overhaul work on machines, fittings and various system components
- Careful documentation of all completed work and service orders
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in a technical or metalworking profession, for example plant and apparatus construction, heating installation, locksmithing or mechanics
- Responsible and reliable working style
- High flexibility and motivation for versatile assignments as well as pronounced team skills
- Communicative and committed personality with enjoyment of customer contact
