Job Description

Integrated within the Fashion Product Merchandising team for the Swiss Markets region (Switzerland, India, and Latin America), you assist the Product Merchandising Manager in activity management and reporting tasks.
Your main missions are:
- Sales analysis & reporting:
- Ensure weekly reporting of key performance indicators (Sales, Stock, Sell-through, Stock coverage months...)
- Update and create reports on Power BI for all boutiques.
- Participate in the preparation of presentations for various audiences (Boutiques, Management)
- Develop ad hoc analyses based on business challenges and current activity
- Respond to boutiques' transfer requests and ensure regular follow-up
- Consolidate feedback from boutiques after each collection launch
- Participate in the preparation and monitoring of collection purchases:
- Prepare purchase preparation documents for boutiques
- Build pre-purchase analyses (offer structure and average prices)
- Define reorder requests before each purchasing session
- Build and monitor purchase results by boutique
Profile
Soon to graduate from a Business School or Engineering School (Master), you have a first experience in Marketing, Merchandising, Purchasing and/or Finance.
You master English and the Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint…) and are recognized for your rigor, autonomy, taste for numbers, adaptability, and analytical skills. Knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
Job conditions
An internship agreement is mandatory for this position and must meet the following conditions:
- The internship must be part of your study curriculum.
- The internship must be necessary for obtaining the degree.
- The internship must be validated by the awarding of study credits.
