Responsibilities:
Responsibility for the proper handling of ongoing accounting
Recording and posting of business transactions in accounts receivable and accounts payable accounting
Assistance with monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
Processing of payment transactions and monitoring of dunning procedures
Support in the preparation of audits and inspections
Contact person for accounting-related questions internally and externally
Qualifications:
Commercial training, ideally with a focus on accounting or a comparable qualification
Professional experience in accounting/finance
Good knowledge of accounting software and MS Office
Accuracy and reliability in data processing
Teamwork skills and a high degree of independence
Good German language skills, both spoken and written
