This position reports to:
Production Supervisor__
Job Profile Summary
Contributes to ensuring a safe work environment compliant with company directives, guaranteeing the achievement of production targets during the shift. Supports Production Supervisors in the daily coordination of operational activities, providing technical assistance to operators in the testing areas.
Main Roles and Responsibilities
- Supervises and ensures compliance with safety directives and ABB code of conduct during own shift
- Support to the Production Supervisor to ensure proper execution of production activities
- Technical support for operators (Testing) during daily operations
- Point of contact for on-the-job training of production personnel
- First level contact for operational issues to be reported to the relevant production supervisor
- Active participation in Level 1 Q Circles: proactively collects technical and quality issues and shares/reports them to the reference supervisor

Professional Skills and Experience
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in operations, preferably in coordination roles
- Experience in electrical/electronic fields
- Previous experience in team coordination roles will be considered a plus
Education
- Vocational school diploma or equivalent
