About the job

"englischgruss – living in old age" is a modern residential and care home located in the centre of
Brig-Glis. We stand for high-quality care and support, a
respectful coexistence as well as a modern and future-oriented corporate culture
in the service of older people. We care for and look after 121 residents and
employ a total of 170 staff members.

As part of the succession planning for the home management, we are looking,
preferably as soon as possible, for a committed, entrepreneurial-minded individual with high
social competence, who will lead our institution into the future with foresight, innovative strength and social
responsibility.

Your main tasks
- Overall responsibility for the operational management of the institution
- Further development of the home with regard to future requirements of
long-term care
- Ensuring high-quality care and support
- Leadership, promotion and development of department heads and staff
- Responsibility for financial planning, budgeting and controlling
- Representation of the institution towards authorities, partner organisations and the
public
- Maintaining an open and trusting collaboration with residents,
relatives and staff

Your profile
- Higher education in business administration, management or comparable
qualification
- Several years of leadership experience, preferably in healthcare or in a
work environment with older people
- Further training in health and care (e.g. NDS, MAS) is an advantage
- Strategic thinking and enjoyment in actively shaping change processes
- Appreciative, binding and motivating leadership style
- High social competence and strong communication skills
