Your area of responsibility
- You lead, develop, and motivate a team of five HR Specialists with a focus on quality, efficiency, and team cohesion
- In close collaboration with a Senior HR Business Partner, you shape the strategic HR orientation for your business areas
- You ensure the implementation and further development of HR processes along the employee journey – including salary and compensation topics
- Building and maintaining sustainable relationships with managers and external partners as well as participating in relevant HR projects
Your experience
- You have completed HR training (e.g., Master in HRM) or a comparable education and have broad HR experience. Additionally, you already have leadership experience or have worked in a hospital environment
- You bring a strong assertiveness and convincingly represent HR concerns to the line management
- You remain focused and capable of acting even under high pressure, thus contributing to stable, solution-oriented collaboration
- You navigate challenging conversation situations with empathy, clarity, and the goal of creating viable solutions
