Your area of responsibility

You lead, develop, and motivate a team of five HR Specialists with a focus on quality, efficiency, and team cohesion
In close collaboration with a Senior HR Business Partner, you shape the strategic HR orientation for your business areas
You ensure the implementation and further development of HR processes along the employee journey – including salary and compensation topics
Building and maintaining sustainable relationships with managers and external partners as well as participating in relevant HR projects

Your experience

You have completed HR training (e.g., Master in HRM) or a comparable education and have broad HR experience. Additionally, you already have leadership experience or have worked in a hospital environment
You bring a strong assertiveness and convincingly represent HR concerns to the line management
You remain focused and capable of acting even under high pressure, thus contributing to stable, solution-oriented collaboration
You navigate challenging conversation situations with empathy, clarity, and the goal of creating viable solutions
