Would you like to be involved in complex new build and refurbishment projects and take on responsible tasks? Are your strengths in coordinating, leading and motivating a wide range of project participants? Are you keen to co-lead building construction projects from the preliminary design to handover with an ambitious team? Then come to us! We are looking immediately or by arrangement for an overall project manager focusing on realisation to complement our construction management team in Basel. • Overall management/project management of medium-sized projects – from planning through execution to commissioning
• Leading and controlling all planners, contractors and authorities involved in the project in cooperation with the architects
• Primary contact person for the client as well as leading planning and client meetings
• Tendering, execution scheduling, site logistics as well as cost planning and cost tracking
• Controlling cost, schedule and quality requirements
• Application of LCM (Lean Construction Management) methodology in construction projects
• Leading employees in the project and their further development
• Acquisition of new projects and independent network building

• Completed basic training in the construction sector such as architectural draughtsperson, architecture or civil engineering or a comparable qualification; such as MAS in construction management, federal diploma as construction manager or technician in building construction with corresponding professional experience
• At least 5 years of professional experience in construction or project management of medium-sized building construction projects, experience in the Swiss construction industry as well as in large projects is an advantage
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form, advantage: good English and/or French skills
• Initial experience in leading project teams
• Independent and responsible working style, assertiveness and motivational ability
