Tasks
- Handle customer inquiries via phone with enthusiasm and care.

Skills
- Fluent in Swiss German, German, and French; Italian is a plus.
- Customer service experience, especially in the banking sector.
- Strong PC skills and a clean background check required.

- Receiving customer inquiries by phone
- Identifying customers
- Finding solutions to customer concerns
- Advising customers on e-banking
- Executing card blocks upon customer request
- You understand and speak Swiss German
- You conduct telephone consultations in German and French
- Additional language Italian is welcome
- You enjoy dealing with customers
- Experience in customer service and the banking sector is an advantage
- Good PC skills are required
- A clean criminal record and debt collection register extract are required for employment
- You are looking for a hybrid work model where you can mostly work from home
