in our retail store in Zurich

Your tasks

Carrying out minor repairs and quick services
Consulting in sales and providing service offerings (SAV)
Independent management of repair orders
Inspection and adjustment of sold watches
Performing various administrative tasks, such as creating offers and processing customer inquiries
Direct contact with our demanding international clientele

Your skills

Completed training and professional experience as a service watchmaker
Strong customer and service orientation
High social competence, teamwork skills, and flexibility
Confident and professional appearance
Native German speaker with very good English skills
Confident handling of MS Office applications
