Job Description
- Precise hand soldering of SMD, THT and multilayer components according to manufacturing documents.
- Repair, rework and modification of electronic assemblies and printed circuit boards.
- Conducting visual inspections and quality controls.
- Support in process optimisation and contact person for soldering-related questions.
- Compliance with safety, ESD and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Several years of experience in hand soldering is mandatory
- Sound knowledge in soldering complex component types (e.g. BGA, Micro BGA, Glass BGA, QFP, package size 0201 or cross-section AWG 30)
- Confident handling of soldering stations, microscopes and ESD-compliant working
- Valid IPC-A-610 certificate is a prerequisite
- Knowledge of IPC 7711/7721 is an advantage
