Job Description

• Precise hand soldering of SMD, THT and multilayer components according to manufacturing documents.
• Repair, rework and modification of electronic assemblies and printed circuit boards.
• Conducting visual inspections and quality controls.
• Support in process optimisation and contact person for soldering-related questions.
• Compliance with safety, ESD and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in hand soldering is mandatory
• Sound knowledge in soldering complex component types (e.g. BGA, Micro BGA, Glass BGA, QFP, package size 0201 or cross-section AWG 30)
• Confident handling of soldering stations, microscopes and ESD-compliant working
• Valid IPC-A-610 certificate is a prerequisite
• Knowledge of IPC 7711/7721 is an advantage
• Precise, reliable and team-oriented working style
