You work in the area of Financial Services in our EY-Parthenon (EY-P) practice.
Within EY-P, our Strategy & Transaction Execution Team offers a comprehensive portfolio of strategic consulting services – including corporate strategy, business model and target operating model design, M&A integrations, separations, and transformations. Our team works cross-functionally and supports our clients throughout the entire strategy and transaction cycle. Our clients include renowned companies from the banking, wealth & asset management as well as the insurance industry.

Your main tasks

As part of our fast-growing EY-Parthenon Strategy & Transaction Execution Team focusing on Financial Services clients, you work closely with C-level executives in the financial industry to master strategic challenges, drive agile transformation processes, and provide strategic support throughout the entire M&A lifecycle.

In doing so, you take on diverse and exciting tasks:

• Structuring and analyzing complex business problems
• Conducting primary and secondary research
• Creating financial models to assess strategic impacts
• Communicating and presenting solutions to internal and external stakeholders
• Active involvement in project acquisitions and publications
• Contributing to team and community building

What we are looking for

• Bachelor, Master or PhD in Banking, Finance, Management, Economics or Natural Sciences
• Initial experience in financial services and/or consulting at leading institutions
• Excellent academic achievements and relevant professional experience
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving competence
• Clear and convincing communication style
• Entrepreneurial and performance-oriented mindset
• Fluent German and English skills – additional languages are an advantage
