For our great team in Fribourg we are immediately looking for:

Project Manager for Building Pollutants 60–100%

Your main activities include:

• Systematic survey of pollutants present (asbestos, PCB/CP, PAHs, etc.) in industrial, residential and public buildings by means of sampling of the relevant construction materials
• Preparation of comprehensive expert reports including proposals for remediation measures
• Support in the planning and implementation of asbestos removal and building remediation projects
• Monitoring the progress of work and documenting the remediation process
• Carrying out measurements to certify the success of the remediation work 

You have:

• A completed university education in the field of natural sciences, construction or an equivalent qualification with knowledge in the building or construction sector
• FACH expert
• Experience or knowledge in the field of building pollutants
• Experience in project management, good powers of persuasion and good stress resistance
• An independent working style but also team-oriented
• Excellent command of German and French (proficiency in English is an advantage)
• Good command of MS Office and illustration tools
• An open, flexible personality with a good sense of humour
