Your new role
As part of the Operations Team, you support the school and sports facilities in organizational and administrative matters. The team works self-organized and without classic hierarchies; tasks, responsibilities, and competencies are distributed among various equal roles. In your role, you independently take on diverse tasks in the operation of school and sports facilities. The focus is on coordinating and planning the bookings in the municipal indoor and outdoor pools. This includes, among other things, creating the school swimming and club planning, coordinating and reserving single and permanent bookings, dialogue with the facility teams and users, as well as responsibility for billing. In addition, you lead and accompany subject-related projects and actively contribute your expertise to the team.

- have a commercial education and confident German language skills.
- are very familiar with common MS Office products.

On the one hand, providing all material, IT, and building infrastructure for the six departments of the directorate.
