Contribute
- Support the laboratory management in personnel and professional leadership
- Co-responsibility for quality management (creating and reviewing SOPs, monitoring and conducting internal and external quality controls)
- Perform laboratory analyses in the fields of clinical chemistry, haematology, immunohaematology, urine, cerebrospinal fluid and punctate analysis as well as molecular biological pathogen detection
- Technical and medical validation of findings
- Assist in internal training and further education of medical staff
Bring along
- Completed training as a biomedical analyst HF or equivalent diploma (SRK recognised)
- Several years of professional experience in a routine laboratory
- Experience and skill in personnel management highly desirable
- Precise working method, independent, flexible and resilient
- Willingness to work weekend and night shifts
- Enjoyment of administrative, organisational and leadership tasks
