What you can achieve
- You ensure that our IT systems in production run reliably
- You handle support requests (1st and 2nd level) and share on-call duty with the team (Mon–Fri 07:00–13:30, Sat until approx. 11:00 by phone)
- You assist in planning and documenting changes and releases
- You help create reports and dashboards
- You work closely with production, quality, and IT
- You ensure that we are well positioned in terms of GMP, data integrity, and IT compliance
What you bring with you
- You have IT training (EFZ, HF, FH or similar) and bring initial experience in production or GMP environment
- You feel comfortable with various IT tasks and support the team in application operation, support, and data management
- Knowledge of Power BI, QlikView, or SQL is a plus
- You work analytically and structured, document carefully, and communicate clearly and service-oriented even in hectic situations
- You appreciate teamwork in a small team, think along even with routine tasks, and find pragmatic solutions together with others
