To complement our well-coordinated team in Rheinfelden, we have a vacancy immediately or by arrangement for the position of Property Manager specialising in Rental Properties.

WE offer you an exciting role as a Property Manager for rental properties, a modern workplace, contemporary employment conditions, a competent and helpful team, opportunities for further training, excellent public transport connections, a pool vehicle and a free parking space.

YOU have a commercial basic education, several years of experience in managing rental properties and ideally hold the Swiss federal professional certificate in property management, fluent German in spoken and written form, good IT skills (Word, Excel, ImmoTop2 advantageous), organisational talent, resilience and assertiveness, reliable and precise working methods, enjoyment in dealing with people, a team player attitude and a driving licence.
