Apprentice Commercial Clerk EFZ (Services and Administration)

This is what you will learn
Look forward to your three-year apprenticeship "Commercial Clerk EFZ" with us. You will gain in-depth insights into the area of unemployment insurance. You can expect varied, challenging, and exciting tasks in administration and services. At the counter and on the phone, you will advise our customers personally and handle their concerns. You will write emails and letters independently. You will work with various operating systems, record data, and process it further. You will also support your team with various administrative tasks. If interested, you can complete the vocational baccalaureate (BM) alongside your apprenticeship.

• Enjoy working with computers and planning tasks
• Interest in precise and independent work
• A flair for numbers, confident German in spoken and written form, and motivated to apply your oral foreign language skills
• Curious and open towards other people

You will get to know the daily work routine of the Unia Unemployment Fund step by step. Your practical trainer will support and assist you on the path to a successful apprenticeship completion. Flexible working hours and progressive employment conditions.
7 weeks of holiday and a 40-hour week are guaranteed. You will work at the Brig location, where a committed and lively team awaits you.
