Are you a joiner or carpenter?
Start as a Junior Project Manager in window construction and grow step by step towards AVOR and project management. With us, you will learn everything from measurement taking to planning to the implementation of exciting projects in new construction, conversion and renovation – directly alongside our experienced team. Motivation and interest are more important to us than perfect experience. We are happy to accompany you on this path.
Tasks to be done
- Participation in the planning and preparation of window projects (AVOR wooden windows, wood-metal windows)
- Support in project processing from measurement taking to billing
- Gradual assumption of own tasks and responsibility within the projects
- Assistance with quotations and calculations
- Communication with customers, architects and craft partners
- Support in coordinating the timely execution of projects

Your skills and strengths
- Training as a joiner EFZ or carpenter EFZ
- Interest in window construction, AVOR and project organisation
- Knowledge of cadwork 2D/3D is an advantage – or willingness to learn it
- Motivated, reliable and team-oriented personality with a desire to develop – we support you in your further training plans (e.g. to become a joiner project manager)
