About the job
The Graduate Program starts on September 1, 2026, and lasts 18 months. You are permanently employed from the start and work in the Group Finance & Risk area with a focus on risk management and system integration.

Your strengths
- You have recently completed a master's degree with very good performance in mathematics, natural sciences, computer science, finance, economics, business administration, or a comparable field by the start
- You bring initial practical experience (e.g., through internships); however, motivation and willingness to learn are our main focus
- You are interested in risk management, data analysis, and the further development of systems and processes
- You have an analytical mindset and enjoy understanding and structuring complex relationships
- You are characterized by initiative, teamwork, and a reliable way of working
- You are fluent in German and English
