The Graduate Program starts on September 1, 2026, and lasts 18 months. You are permanently employed from the start and work in the Group Finance & Risk area with a focus on risk management and system integration.

• You work from the beginning in the risk management of the Swiss Life Group
• You take on exciting tasks at the interface with other departments, data, and systems
• You perform supplementary assignments in one to two other areas (3–6 months) to broaden your perspective

• You have recently completed a master's degree with very good performance in mathematics, natural sciences, computer science, finance, economics, business administration, or a comparable field by the start
• You bring initial practical experience (e.g., through internships); however, motivation and willingness to learn are our main focus
• You are interested in risk management, data analysis, and the further development of systems and processes
• You have an analytical mindset and enjoy understanding and structuring complex relationships
• You are characterized by initiative, teamwork, and a reliable way of working
• You are fluent in German and English
