Operations Employee / Production Employee (80-100%)

What you will achieve

• Operating sawing systems and cutting steel profiles up to 1000mm wide and 25 metres long with several tonnes in weight
• Picking steel profiles using 2x 5t overhead cranes with magnetic systems, taking into account internal safety and loading regulations
• Production feedback of sawing orders in the ERP system
• Loading and unloading trucks and railway wagons
• Quality checks of the work performed at goods dispatch and receipt
• Inventory as well as general assistance with production and logistics tasks

What you bring

• Manual dexterity with a technical flair as well as physical resilience
• Joy and motivation in dealing with technical equipment
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
• Completed training with a Swiss Federal VET Diploma (EFZ)
• Experience in steel and metal processing is a prerequisite
• Crane category C and forklift licence are advantageous
• Willingness to work shifts (early and late shifts)
