Metalworker – Project Manager with Process Optimisation and Team Leadership
Activities
- Management and continuous optimisation of AVOR and production planning
- Planning, control and monitoring of manufacturing orders
- Ensuring material availability for smooth processes
- Efficient scheduling and capacity planning for optimal utilisation
- Support of quality assurance and compliance with all relevant standards and guidelines
Requirements
- Completed basic training as a metalworker EFZ or equivalent qualification
- Further training as a process specialist or comparable education
- Several years of professional experience in AVOR or production planning
- Additional qualification as a welding specialist is an advantage
- Strong communication skills, team orientation and interest in process optimisation
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
