About the job
Technical Building Manager Facility Services 80-100%- You take overall responsibility for several properties and manage various client mandates.
- You lead, motivate and develop your team and ensure successful collaboration.
- You are the primary contact person for our clients and maintain long-term, trusting relationships.
- You ensure that the contractually agreed services are met in terms of quality, costs and deadlines.
- You coordinate maintenance, repair, conversion and renovation measures as well as projects up to CHF 100,000.
- You identify optimisation and renewal potentials and initiate the necessary measures.
- You are responsible for the safe and economical operation of technical systems as well as order management including ticketing and maintenance planning.
- You handle disruptions and complaints in a solution-oriented manner and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- You have completed a basic technical education, ideally in the field of building technology
- You have completed further training in facility management or a comparable field or wish to develop further in this area
- You bring several years of experience in technical facility management or in the management of complex properties
- You have already gained leadership experience and are enthusiastic about promoting and developing employees
- You convince with your communication skills, confident appearance and strong customer orientation.
- You work in an organised, independent manner and keep an overview even in demanding situations
- You are open to change, tackle challenges proactively and think in a solution-oriented way
- Very good German skills, both spoken and written.
