To expand our HR team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for an experienced, motivated and service-oriented personality as:
HR Assistant (m/f/d) 80–100 %
Your Tasks
- General administrative tasks in the field of Human Resources for several companies of the Bereuter Group
- Creation and management of employment contracts, contract amendments, work references and certificates
- Maintenance of personnel master data and digital personnel files
- Processing of entries and exits as well as changes
- Management and control of absences, holidays and time recording
- Correspondence with authorities, insurance companies and external partners
- Support in the recruitment process (job postings, applicant management, appointment coordination)
- Contact person for administrative HR questions from employees and supervisors
- Support in organising internal events and employee activities
- Active participation in the further development and digitalisation of HR processes
- General administrative tasks in the HR area
Your Profile
- Commercial basic training, mandatory with further education in the field of human resources (e.g. HR assistant or HR clerk)
- Several years of professional experience in HR administration, preferably in an SME or in the construction industry
- Knowledge of Swiss labour law and social security system
- Confident handling of MS Office, experience with the A3 system is an advantage
- Organisational talent with a structured and independent way of working
- High discretion and trustworthiness
- Good German skills in spoken and written form, additional languages (Italian, Portuguese, French) are an advantage
- Service orientation and ability to work in a team
