Supply and Production Planner 100%
Your area of responsibility
- Responsibility in the Plan-to-Produce area for creating, maintaining, and continuously optimising a complete and actionable rolling production plan (Master Production Schedule) in SAP S/4HANA, taking into account demands, material availability, and capacities.
- Preparation, moderation, and follow-up of regular coordination meetings with internal production areas and external contract manufacturers for the handover and implementation of the production plan.
- Ensuring material availability for the assigned product portfolio in close cooperation with production, quality, purchasing, engineering, product management, and suppliers.
- Conducting monthly capacity planning (Rough-Cut Capacity Planning) in SAP S/4HANA and coordinating with manufacturing areas to identify bottlenecks early, develop scenarios, and define appropriate countermeasures.
- Preparation and support of the monthly, cross-site S&OP Supply Review Meeting by providing meaningful analyses, reports, and decision templates.
- Analysis, monitoring, and reporting of relevant supply chain key figures (e.g. OTIF, capacity utilisation, lead times) as well as deriving and implementing continuous improvement measures.
- Maintenance and continuous optimisation of production-relevant master data and ensuring high data quality.
- Participation in the further development of planning processes, methods, and systems to increase efficiency and transparency along the supply chain.
Your qualifications
- Completed bachelor’s degree in business administration, industrial engineering, supply chain management, or a comparable qualification.
- At least 3 to 5 years of professional experience in a comparable position within a regulated production environment, preferably in the pharmaceutical, medical technology, or life sciences industry.
- Very good knowledge (ideally key user) of SAP S/4HANA, especially in the PP (Production Planning) and MM (Materials Management) modules.
- Knowledge of SAP PP/DS is an advantage.
- Sound knowledge of production planning, material disposition, capacity planning, and supply chain processes.
- Very good German and English skills, spoken and written, enabling effortless communication in daily work.
- Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong customer, service, and quality orientation as well as strong communication and teamwork skills in dealing with internal and external stakeholders.
- Analytical and networked thinking skills as well as a structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style with pronounced problem-solving competence.
- Proactive and resilient personality with assertiveness, diplomatic skills, and enthusiasm for continuous improvement, process optimisation, and change.
