Your trainee programmeAs part of our trainee programme, you are part of the sales management for corporate clients. You will gain a comprehensive insight into the versatile corporate banking and actively contribute to the management and further development of our business areas such as SMEs, corporate and large clients, real estate clients and institutional clients.
During the programme, you will build up sound specialist knowledge and further develop your analytical and digital skills. You are involved in the entire client lifecycle management value chain and in the operational processing of all business transactions. This way, you take on more responsibility step by step and actively shape the future of the corporate client business.
In 20 months, you will probably complete three to four assignments in sales management for corporate clients and adjacent areas, such as asset management or corporate client advisory.
The first two assignments are predefined, offer varied insights and provide you with a solid foundation in sales management and processing:
- Specialist leadership and projects
You support the "Sales Management" team in continuously improving our processes and systems. For this, you analyse existing workflows and collaborate with various contacts to develop joint solutions.
- Credit Competence Centre
You deepen your knowledge in analysing annual financial statements, business plans and cash flow models. Together with the client advisors, you prepare credit applications and contracts and take over the complete processing of loans from start to finish.
Your final specialisation assignment is determined together with your contacts, tailored to your strengths, interests and our strategic priorities. This creates an individual, practice-oriented training with a clear perspective in sales management.
Throughout the entire programme, you will be closely accompanied and receive regular feedback to specifically advance your professional as well as personal development. In doing so, you contribute to further strengthening our position as a strong partner for the economy. Our goal is to sustainably support and further develop the sales units.

- You have recently completed your university studies (Bachelor or Master) in business administration, finance, data science or a comparable course of study and ideally have already gained initial working student experience in a project environment of a bank or in a comparable industry?
- You are interested in economic contexts as well as digital data analysis and want to actively further develop business areas?
- You have a good understanding of numbers, strong analytical and technical skills and enjoy applying new technologies in a business-oriented way?
- You are characterised by a high level of commitment, initiative and perseverance?
