The ESB Foundation Baselland is a regionally significant social enterprise offering people with support needs attractive training and employment opportunities as well as various forms of housing and services. ESB provides its services at 23 locations, 22 of which are in the canton of Basel-Landschaft, and one in the canton of Basel-Stadt. All activities aim to promote the self-determined life of people with support needs.
To complement our Salus-Sol team, we are looking for an enthusiastic
Care or Health Specialist 50%
Our interdisciplinary team coaches and supports a shared flat of fifteen adults with support needs at Salus-Sol. In addition to housing-related topics, this also includes accompanying and organising day-structure activities. ESB is also actively engaged with the implementation of the UN CRPD and focuses on participation and co-determination in all processes.
Your impact with us
- Accompanying, guiding and assisting people with support needs in the areas of pedagogy and care
- Coaching and supporting individual life plans
- Co-designing and implementing leisure activities, day-structure offers and shared flat holidays
- Managing key worker duties including associated administrative tasks
- Internal and cross-disciplinary collaboration in an open-minded organisation

Your profile
- Qualification as a Care Specialist EFZ or Health Specialist EFZ
- Professional experience in the disability sector
- Professional handling of closeness and distance
- Reflective, responsible working style
- Open-minded and empathetic personality
