About the job

We are redesigning everyday life design / activation and forming a new team that primarily plans and implements offers in everyday life design / activation in the residential groups in collaboration with the care teams. Therefore, we are looking for 1 - 3 new colleagues (depending on workload) with joy and commitment as

Employee for Everyday Life Design/Activation (30 - 80%)

Your main tasks:

Planning, organising and conducting everyday, leisure and activation offers in the residential groups as well as co-organising / assisting with events at dahay

Taking into account the interests, abilities and self-determination of the residents in coordination with the responsible contact persons of the care and support team of the residential group

Co-responsibility for the correct management of the electronic care documentation

Resource-oriented support of residents

Your profile:

• At least basic training as a specialist in everyday life design and activation or equivalent
• 2 years of professional experience (advantageous)
• High social, methodological and professional competence
• Strong communication skills in dealing with elderly people
