About the job

As a Social Content Consultant, you take on a central role in supporting our clients and actively develop our Social Services. In doing so, you act as an important link and significantly drive the Organic Social area forward.

Your tasks are …

… the strategic and operational support of our client projects with a clear focus on organic social media management. You take responsibility in direct client contact and ensure that concepts are not only thoughtfully developed but also successfully implemented on the platforms.

In doing so, you work closely internally with our Paid Social and Creative Team as well as, if necessary, with external partners.

Together with the Head of SEO & UX, you take responsibility for the market-oriented further development of our Social Content Services and ensure that our products meet the high quality standards of our clients. You apply your professional expertise specifically in existing and new client projects and support our Unit Management and our Consultants as a professional contact person in your field.

You …

• have at least 1 year of solid professional experience in social media management, ideally with a clear focus on organic growth
• are proficient in the use and management of common social media platforms, especially Instagram, Meta and LinkedIn
• have a strong understanding of the conception and implementation of social media strategies as well as experience in production coordination
• are skilled in creating and interpreting reports to analyse social media performance
• are very communicative, open-minded and enjoy direct client contact
• speak German at C2 level and have very good English skills (B2/C1)
