ZFP INSPECTOR: WHEELSET PROCESSING 100% (ALL)

• Inspection of safety-relevant components (wheelsets), ultrasonic testing (UT), magnetic particle testing (MT), and visual testing (VT)
• Dismantling and assembly work on wheelsets with full shafts
• Control and measurement work on wheelsets according to instructions
• General mass work according to instructions
• Reprofiling of wheelset running surfaces with a CNC lathe
• 2-shift work
• Further training opportunities within the department and the company are available.

• You have completed vocational training in the metal industry and have already gained professional experience
• Training as an ultrasonic and magnetic particle tester level 1 in the railway sector is an advantage
• You are an open and team-oriented personality with an independent and structured way of working and enjoy working with people. You remain calm in hectic times.
• You work efficiently, cleanly, and leave a positive impression with your neat and friendly appearance.
• Great commitment, flexibility, resilience, reliability, and a sense of responsibility are among your strengths.
• You have good German language skills, both spoken and written.
• You have a category B driving license.
