About the job
In close collaboration with the sales team, you act as a central player in recruitment by identifying and selecting qualified profiles in the IT sector. You ensure structured and continuous sourcing, allowing you to anticipate recurring needs through a constantly updated talent pool.
Responsibilities
- Identify and approach candidates via social networks, job boards, and the internal database
- Write and publish job adverts, manage sourcing activities, and conduct interviews
- Compile application files and forward them to the relevant contacts
- Ensure the transmission of necessary information for client assignments.
Requirements
- Basic HR or commercial training (CFC, ES or HES), ideally complemented by an HRSE certification
- Proven initial experience in recruitment, managing large volumes
- Excellent command of French; English and/or German are an advantage
- Good interpersonal skills, strong team spirit, and high motivation to learn
- Ability to collaborate closely with recruitment teams in French-speaking Switzerland
- Organisation, autonomy, and a sense of priorities
