To strengthen our growing R&D team, we are looking for

Chemist R&D (Synthesis) (m/f/d)

• Develop synthesis strategies, conduct feasibility and process design studies
• Develop and optimise processes considering safety, economy, quality and sustainability
• Prepare documents and reports as well as risk analyses
• Support the introduction of processes in small-scale production as well as pilot and production plants

• University chemist with a PhD in organic chemistry with very good knowledge in synthesis and modern analytical methods
• Experience in process development is an advantage
• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
• Flexibility, initiative, teamwork, entrepreneurial thinking and acting
• Independent, precise and clean working style as well as resilience and good communication skills
