Steward Supervisor

Organization and management of the stewarding department in the absence of the Chief Steward

Support in daily operations and taking over complete shifts if needed

Provision of table top, banquet inventory, and materials for all event formats

Ensuring cleanliness and order in stewarding, kitchen, waste disposal, and associated storage areas

Implementation and control of checklists and cleaning standards according to quality management D Code

Ordering cleaning agents and materials in consultation with the Executive Chef

Consistent and fair leadership of the team as well as ensuring smooth information flow

Co-responsibility for inventory recording

Support in cross-departmental control tasks in the absence of the Chief Steward

Active embodiment of corporate culture as well as service- and guest-oriented behavior in all situations

Professional experience in stewarding, ideally in a leadership role

Organizational strength and ability to take responsibility

High quality and service orientation

Understanding of hygiene standards as well as experience with cleaning and work processes in the kitchen

Resilience and flexibility, including willingness to work night and on-call shifts

Team-oriented, motivating, and fair leadership style

Reliable, structured, and independent working method

Good communication skills
