Your Tasks
- Creation and maintenance of production plans on a daily, weekly and monthly basis in coordination with Central Supply Chain
- Checking capacities, personnel availability and material supply as well as initiating appropriate measures in case of bottlenecks
- Transferring planning specifications into actionable production plans and ensuring correct representation in the ERP system
- Close cooperation with production, engineering, material planning and other relevant interfaces
- Regular exchange with the central planning team on realistic production possibilities, capacities and planning adjustments
- Continuous optimisation of planning processes to ensure delivery capability, inventory accuracy and efficient workflows
Your Profile
- Completed studies in supply chain management, logistics, operations, business or industrial engineering, etc. or an equivalent qualification
- Experience in production planning, supply chain or a comparable function in a manufacturing company; alternatively practical experience from production with responsibility for personnel, capacity or shift planning
- Understanding of supply chain planning, material flows and the interrelationships along the entire supply chain
- Confident handling of SAP or a comparable ERP system
- Strong Excel and MS Office skills
- Very good German skills as well as English skills at least at B2 level, spoken and written
- Experience in medical technology is an advantage
